All our Italian desserts are handmade by our resident Executive Chef, Andrea Montella from Milan, Italy. Chef Montella’s has an uncompromising approach to quality and insists on using the finest possible Italian cooking ingredients to showcase the true authentic flavors of Italy.

- Torta Caprese: Torta Capreses are one of the most famous Italian cakes. They are crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle. The cake is made without flour and is suitable for people with gluten-free diets.
