Café Wolseley’s first international venture invites food fans to experience its combination of British heritage and grand European café tradition at the hotel’s Parichart Court garden eatery and plush Madison Restaurant for the upcoming three months.
Expect Wolseley classics alongside contemporary creations, from Dressed Dorset Crab with brown crab mayonnaise to Coq au Vin red wine-braised chicken, and caramelized crème brûlée.
The restaurant’s private dining room will also be available to book for up to 18 diners. With a string of Michelin-starred experiences behind him, The Wolseley Hospitality Group Executive Chef David Stevens will personally oversee the kitchen.
