TMX Global Project Services partnered with Hale to project manage Australia’s first large scale multi-level warehouse located in Matraville Sydney.
This significant project is due to go live late 2023, and will comprise of nearly 20,000sqm Gross Floor Area.
The facility will include four separate tenancies, two units, an undercover breezeway and loading areas, a multi-level industrial facility, ground floor access suitable for semi-tailers, one-way vehicle circulation, office accommodation and facilities, functional ramp access, and an abundance of onsite parking.
