Goji Kitchen + Bar, the vibrant culinary marketplace at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is celebrating the joy of the Songkran Festival this April with five days of special dining experiences that showcase an amazing array of traditional Thai dishes and enticing international flavors – plus a series of exclusive street food stalls from guest vendors!
The “Songkran Sensations” promotion is available from 12-16 April 2024, with options for fun-filled family lunches, couples’ dinners, a lively Sunday brunch and more. On all five days, Goji Kitchen + Bar will invite four of Thailand’s most acclaimed street food vendors to delight diners with their creations. LimLaoNgow will present the finest yentafo seafood noodles, Gonuch Moo Yang Muang Trang will bring the flavors of Trang province to Bangkok with grilled suckling pig and chicken satay udomsook, and Khanom Buang Sirinthip will be cooking Thai crispy pancakes to-order.
These vibrant food stalls will take their place alongside Goji Kitchen + Bar’s own live stations, including local specialties such as tom yum talay, som tum and spicy seafood, a spectacular selection of seafood on ice, freshly-shucked oysters, marinated salmon, sushi & sashimi, prime grilled meats (wagyu beef, lamb rack and crispy pork belly), pan-seared scallops, salt-baked fish (salmon and sea bass), a live pasta station and much more!
Throughout April, our chefs will also celebrate the spirit of Songkran with a dedicated khao chae station that showcases Thailand’s traditional summertime dish: chilled rice in jasmine-infused water accompanied by classic condiments, including stuffed young peppers, watermelon with sweet dried fish & crispy shallots, sweet shredded pork on 1 – 30 April 2024
Of course, every dining experience at Goji Kitchen + Bar can end on a sweet note with a variety of traditional Thai treats including the classic mango sticky rice. And Ting Ting Bingsu, the popular dessert company, will be crafting colorful bowls of shaved milk ice and plenty of tempting toppings!
