NIST Class of 2024 Soars to New Heights with Exceptional IB Results and University Offers

Bangkok, Thailand – [23 September 2024] – NIST International School is thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of its graduating Class of 2024.

NIST International School is proud to share the remarkable performance of our Class of 2024 in the International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations. This year, our highest-scoring student(s) achieved a perfect score of 45 points, with 29% earning 40 points or higher. The class average was an impressive 36 points, with a remarkable 99% pass rate and 55% of students receiving the prestigious Bilingual IB Diploma.

Building on their academic success, the Class of 2024 has secured 416 university offers from institutions in 19 countries. They are attending 77 universities across 15 countries, demonstrating the global reach and prestige of NIST’s education. Scholarship offers to the Class of 2024 have already surpassed 36 million THB.

NIST is particularly proud to announce that 7% of its Class of 2024 graduates have decided to attend university in Australia. This achievement reflects the strong partnership between NIST and Australian universities and the exceptional academic opportunities available to our students.

This year’s graduates are embarking on a wide range of exciting academic pursuits, from aspiring animators, designers, and artists to future economists, engineers, and scientists across various disciplines. Additionally, students will be pursuing careers in psychology, social work, business, marketing, political science, and many more. Notably, their program choices encompass diverse fields like medicine, artificial intelligence, luxury business, and literature.

The geographic spread of university acceptances reflects NIST’s commitment to fostering global citizenship. These graduates are well-positioned to flourish on the world stage and make a positive impact in their chosen fields.
