Boutique New Era – Moving Forward to a New Era of Turnaround & Strong Foundation.

Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) recently hosted a press conference on November 14th 2024 titled “Boutique New Era – Moving Forward to a New Era of Turnaround & Strong Foundation.” The event highlighted BC’s confident outlook, underscoring its significant improvement in performance this year, driven by strategic investment sales and robust revenue growth.

We are excited to announce a major milestone in Q3 2024, reflecting the strength of its management team and commitment to value creation. Following the successful sale of its investment in the Cove Hill lifestyle retail mall in Q2 2024, BC also successfully sold a 37% stake in the Ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub project, recognizing a notable profit in Q3 2024. These achievements contributed to BC’s impressive 79% year-over-year revenue growth, with total revenue for 9M24 reaching THB 496 million.

BC’s momentum continues into the future, with strong projections for 2025. As tourism rebounds, BC’s hotel portfolio sees increased occupancy, and the company is poised for continued growth. Additionally, BC is preparing for the launch of new projects, including the Summer Point ICO as an alternative exit method to raise funds for further expansion.

Stay tuned as BC continues to pave the way for a prosperous future! 🌟
