She specializes in worldwide trademark contentious and noncontentious matters, as well as IP licensing and IP commercialization matters, including localization of IP-related agreements as well as franchise-related advice. She is recognized as a leading trademark lawyer in Thailand by Lexology Index, was named a “Rising Star” by Managing IP, and is a two-time recipient of the Lexology/ILO Client Choice award in the field of trademark for her excellent client care and quality of service. She was also recently elected vice president of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) Thailand, and is regularly sought as a speaker and thought-leadership contributor as a recognized expert in her field.
