Diners seeking a sizzling dish can enjoy Patagonian toothfish wok-fried with Chef Oscar’s XO sauce, a mouth-watering mix of smoky, umami-rich flavors; with egg yolk & superior sauce for a luxurious, velvety texture; or with ginger, scallions & dried chili – a fragrant Cantonese classic.
