At Yue Restaurant & Bar, the hotel’s stylish Cantonese dining destination, guests can celebrate the end of their week in style with Golden Friday – a mouth-watering set menu that presents the restaurant’s signature Peking duck. Soft and tender with a crispy skin and all the traditional accompaniments, this is a taste sensation for all lovers of Chinese cuisine. Under this sublime set menu, diners can savor Yue’s Peking duck with a choice of one other duck meat dish.
Options include a delectable duck soup with tofu, spring onion, white lettuce & pickled cabbage; wok-tossed duck with hoi sin sauce, iceberg lettuce, and Phuket cashew nuts; stir-fried duck with black pepper sauce, capsicum and spring onion; or deep-fried duck meat with garlic, oyster sauce, and Chinese black bean sauce.
Golden Friday is available every Friday from now until March 28th, 2025 (11:00 – 22:30 hrs), priced at just THB 759 net per set (down from THB 1,290++).
