Your Bastille Day culinary journey begins with Fine De Claire Oysters imported straight from the coast of France, complemented by a delicate mignonette and a fresh chilli-lemon sauce, delivering a refreshing start with their oceanic and crisp flavour. After that, move on to the House Smoked Salmon, elegantly paired with tender white asparagus and a classic Sauce Gribiche, where the smoky richness of the salmon blends seamlessly with the tangy, creamy sauce. To continue your journey through the coastal region of France, enjoy the Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish soup, rich with Mediterranean fish, enriched by a tomato-based soup and topped by dill, capturing the spirit of the sea of Provence.
For the main course, dig into both land and sea and have both the Beef Cheek Bourguignon, tender beef cheeks slow-cooked in Burgundy wine with Alsace bacon and mushrooms, the hallmark of French Cuisine, or the delicate Turbot en Croûte, where flaky turbot is wrapped in a golden pastry crust, served with spinach and a silky lemon beurre blanc sauce, making each bite a rich experience. Accompany your mains with perfectly crafted sides. The Mash Potato is smooth and buttery enhanced with Bordier butter. At the same time, the Petit Pois à la Française combines tender baby peas with Alsace bacon and baby gem lettuce, creating a fresh but savoury complement to your meal.
