The evening’s culinary journey, curated by Executive Chef Frederik Farina and The District Head Chef Pikul Bunsak, will commence with an exquisite pairing of Oysters and Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc 2021 from Los Boldos vineyard, renowned for its delicate freshness and minerality. This will be followed by Stewed Snail Risotto paired with Concha y Toro Master Edition Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, offering a well-structured wine with notes of cherries, blackberries, cedar, and a hint of smoke. Braised Iberico Pork Cheek served with Terrunyo Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 will captivate with its elegant herbal tones.
Highlighting the menu is Wagyu Ox Tongue paired with Marques de Casa Concha Heritage – Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, carrying significant historical weight and deeply rooted in the Concha y Toro legacy. The wine journey culminates with Short Ribs served with Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 vintage, presenting deep violet color, intense aromas, and a velvety texture with a persistent finish.
