BDO in partnership with Hughes Krupica held a Phuket breakfast briefing at Blue Tree Resort, Phuket, on Managing Hotel Disputes between Hotel owners and operators.

Our speakers – Frank Janik, Senior Partner, and Forensic lead at BDO in Thailand and Desmond Hughes, Senior Partner and Co-founder at Hughes Krupica shared insights highlighting areas to help manage hotel disputes between owners and operators from both perspectives. Real life examples were given in cases involving the owner/operator that later went to arbitration, helping to explain how best to manage these issues.
