Brighton College Bangkok is thrilled to announce another year of exceptional academic achievements for its graduating students. The school achieved a 100% pass rate at A-Level, with a remarkable three-quarters of grades at the highest A*-B level. These outstanding results have secured places for Brighton College Bangkok graduates at some of the world’s most prestigious universities, including Imperial College London, King’s College London, University of Warwick, University of Durham and Emory University in the USA.
Head of Senior School, Carly Barber commented: ‘Our pupils have done incredibly well by taking the exciting next steps ahead of them at some of the most prestigious universities in the world. As always, we are tremendously proud of the young adults they have become, this goes far beyond the excellent results they achieved. We wish them the very best and remind them that they will always be part of the Brighton College family.”
Among the standout achievements are:
- T.A. secured two A* and two A grades, earning her a place at King’s College London to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
- Pim achieved A grades in Maths, Computer Science and Economics, securing a place at the University of Warwick to study Accounting and Finance.
- Alex impressed with his portfolio and A Level grades, including two A grades, securing a place at ArtEZ University of the Arts Arnhem.
- Tara achieved three A* grades in her A Levels, earning her a place to study Biosciences at the University of Durham.
Outstanding IGCSE results
Brighton College Bangkok is also celebrating the success of its Year 11 pupils on their IGCSE results. These pupils achieved outstanding results, demonstrating their commitment to learning and their development into well-rounded individuals.
Head Master, Nick Gallop commented: ‘We are so pleased with and proud of our former Year 11 pupils who have collectively achieved some of the best GCSE results in the school’s history. They are such a talented group of pupils who perform on stage, play in our sports teams and lead many other areas of College life. The way they have taken full advantage of the care and support of our superb teachers reflects so well on their full commitment to being the best versions of themselves.’
Among the many pupils who achieved highly, Freya and Pim, deserve special recognition for their exceptional IGCSE results, achieving 10 A*/9 grades each. Their dedication and hard work set a strong foundation for their future A-Level studies.
