Mr.Kris Narongdej, Chairman of the Board, and Mr.Korn Narongdej, Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of RML (Raimon Land Public Company Limited), along with Mr.Yuji Okamoto, Managing Director of Mitsubishi Estate (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a joint venture partner of the ‘OCC’ (One City Centre) —Thailand’s tallest luxury Grade A+ office building—and Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand Co., Ltd., the office sole agent for ‘OCC’, recently welcomed Dr. Sopacha Dhumrongpiyawut, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Ms. Naruechon Dhumrongpiyawut, Chief Operating Officer, Sustainable Energy Business and Strategic Investment of Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL), a leading renewable energy company in Thailand. GUNKUL has leased approximately 3,000 square meters of space at ‘OCC’ to establish its new headquarters, supporting future business growth.
