CBRE Thailand – Selected as Sole Agent for APAC Tower

CBRE Thailand was appointed by APAC Land Co., Ltd. as the sole leasing agent for APAC Tower, located at the corner of Ekkamai road. This mixed-use project is a Grade A+ office building with premium retail on 4.5 Rai of land, with 32-storys and a direct link to Ekkamai BTS station. The project is targeting LEED Gold, Fitwel 3-star and WiredScore pre-certified at Platinum level.
