With a proven record in the hospitality industry, Chef Marco aims to further elevate the standards of hospitality, service and excellent cuisine at Penthouse Bar + Grill.
He brings a wealth of culinary experience and expertise to his new position. Previously, Chef Marco was the Executive Chef in the opening team at Armada Group, Shanghai, China and Executive Sous Chef in renowned establishments like POLUX by Paul Pairet and The Chop Club by Paul Pairet. His culinary journey also includes roles as Senior Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie at Mr & Mrs Bung – Modern Eatery by Paul Pairet, VOL Group.
In addition to his culinary career credentials, Chef Marco’s passion for food started at a young age when his grandmother, who was a fantastic home cook, ignited a genuine love for cooking in him.
Speaking with Chef Marco, his enthusiasm is unparalleled at this exciting new milestone in his culinary career. “I’m absolutely excited to announce that I will soon join as Chef de Cuisine at Penthouse Bar + Grill in Bangkok.”
