Tilleke & Gibbins – PDPC Appoints Tilleke & Gibbins as Approved Certification Provider for DPOs in Thailand

Tilleke & Gibbins is delighted to announce that the firm has been formally appointed by Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee as an approved training provider for data protection officers (DPO).

The appointment of a DPO is a key obligation on companies under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). As an approved training provider, Tilleke & Gibbins will be able to formally certify individuals as qualified DPOs under the PDPA.

Tilleke & Gibbins is proud to be one of the few training providers in Thailand to be appointed, and we are excited to launch our DPO training course in the near future. The courses will be provided by partners and qualified instructors Nop Chitranukroh and Nopparat Lalitkomon.
