“Borderless Flavours” Four Hands Dinner from CHAR Bangkok x Yu Her Bao

A new culinary collaboration is ready to set adventurous diners on a flavourful journey to get tastebuds tingling, available for two nights at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road’s CHAR Restaurant. CHAR Bangkok’s Chef Jaime “Jimmy” Rojas joins hands with Chef “Alan” Bi Shuang, Chinese Executive Chef of soon-to-open Chinese restaurant Yu Her Bao to create a five-course dinner that transforms familiar ingredients into uncharted tastes.

Discover the unexpected common ground between Chef Alan’s fusion-friendly, modern take on Chinese cuisine, Chef Jimmy’s creative, bold flavours grounded in his Latin heritage and their respective globe-trotting career that result in unique dishes such as the Salmon Tiradito, “Chino-Latino” Duck Salad, Roasted Snow Fish in Shacha Sauce and more. This exceptional meal is priced at THB 3,500++/couple, or THB 4,900++/couple with wine pairing from 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm.
