2nd Anniversary Celebratory Dinner at Wah Lok
The one-night only celebration marks Carlton’s 2nd Anniversary. An exclusive 5-course wine dinner featuring wines from France, Germany and Chile paired with MICHELIN Guide Cantonese cuisine from Wah Lok.
The menu is specially created by Chef Lam Kok Weng and his passionate team. Dinner begins with Crispy Prawns and Deep-fried Pork Loin with Garlic in Superior Sauce followed by Signature Wah Lok Peking Duck, Spicy Lemongrass Infused Baked Norwegian Salmon, Sautéed Australian Beef Tenderloin. Special dessert for the evening is Deep-Fried Sesame Ball with Osmanthus Cake.
