On Saturday January 11th, 2025, parents can gather their little ones for a vibrant Children’s Day buffet lunch or dinner! This weekend feast will feature plenty of delectable dishes for all ages, including seafood on ice, prime grilled meats, sushi & sashimi, wagyu beef noodles, shabu-shabu, Peking duck, international desserts and more. Every child will be treated like a VIP with a welcome drink and a dedicated kids’ corner with special dishes and exciting activities.
Two dining experiences are available: Children’s Day lunch (12.00 – 14.30 hrs) and dinner (17.30 – 22.00 hrs). Then on January 28th and 29th, 2025, all guests can slide smoothly into the “Year of the Snake” with a series of Lunar New Year feasts. Couples, friends and families can mark this auspicious time of year with an amazing array of highly authentic Chinese delicacies, including handcrafted dim sum, steamed black grouper with soy sauce, sizzling oil & leek, and drunken chicken, plus a choice of traditional soups: fish maw soup, Sichuan hot & sour seafood soup, and double boiled pork rib & bamboo pith soup.
A dedicated BBQ station will showcase whole suckling pig, crispy pork belly, barbecued pork, Peking duck, and mala-marinated grilled beef, pork and squid, while live stir-fried delights will include giant tiger prawns with XO sauce, and glass noodles with seafood, pork and bacon. To truly capture the spirit of the Spring Festival, diners can savor live roasted chestnuts, shabu-shabu, and the Lunar New Year favorite, yee-sang (salmon noodles). And of course, all ages can satisfy their sweet tooth cravings with a selection of Thai and international desserts, including a live coconut pancake station.
Three culinary experiences are available, including a dazzling dinner on Lunar New Year’s Eve on Tuesday January 28th (17:30 – 22:00 hrs), followed by a family lunch (12:00 – 14:30 hrs) and evening dinner (17:30 – 22:00 hrs) on Lunar New Year’s Day, Wednesday January 29th.
