Staged on Thursday October 31st, 2024, this frightening feast will feature a spine-chilling selection of Thai, pan-Asian and international dishes, including devilishly delicious delights, scary live stations, creepy cocktails and more, all curated to give guests a ghoulishly good time! With plenty of tasty treats – and no tricks – this is an unmissable occasion for couples, families and friends alike.
A spooktacular Halloween Station will showcase a scary selection of savory dishes, including bone marrow with toasted bread & chimichurri, devil’s hand meat pies, ox tongue tacos, edible worms, ghost fennel sausages, spider octopus pizzas, whole-baked salmon with a black miso glaze, black ink ravioli, spicy buck salad, black ink braised squid, chicken in a dark dip, mixed grilled Asian delights, and bucky sushi, while spooky sweets will include ghost cookies, “blood” pudding, pumpkin pie, and pecan pie.
These Halloween treats will be accompanied with an extensive selection of delicacies from around the world, including a charcuterie with international cold cuts, cheeses and condiments, an oyster bar, succulent seafood on ice, sushi & sashimi, a live pasta station, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops, and premium grilled meats including dry-aged prime rib of beef, wagyu beef steaks, lamb rack, and crispy pork belly.
Diners can also look forward to a wide range of vibrant Asian live stations, including a wagyu beef noodle bar, a khao soi station with chicken and braised beef, a som tum and seafood salad station, braised fish maw soup, marinated grilled beef, pork and squid, and dry-brewed bean curd noodles. And of course, every evening can end on a sweet note with a variety of cakes, mousses and pastries, homemade ice creams & sorbets, mango sticky rice, assorted Thai desserts, and live Thai coconut pancakes!
