The Sharing Set Menu ‘Golden Harmony’ for Four Guests (THB 3,888++ per person) starts with shrimp roe prawn toast and hot & sour soup with crab meat & fish maw, followed by a duo of seafood sensations: steamed Patagonian toothfish with soy sauce and river prawns with Chinese olive leaf & garlic. Two mouth-watering meat dishes – barbecued Iberico pork “char siu” and Wenchang chicken with scallion soy sauce – will showcase prime ingredients, accompanied with Hokkaido scallop egg white fried rice. The menu then ends with a divine dessert of black sesame dumplings.
Alternatively, the Sharing Set Menu ‘Golden Harvest’ for Six Guests (THB 2,888++ per person) features two enticing appetizers – Chiu Chow style raw ama ebi and stuffed crab shell – and coconut chicken soup, followed by a pair of indulgent seafood plates: whole 12-head fish maw in abalone sauce and whole bamboo fish with premium yellow Chinese wine sauce. Meat lovers will be treated to Sichuan chicken wings and stir-fried green beans with Chinese olive leaf & minced pork, and the whole table will enjoy steamed glutinous rice with river prawns, wrapped in lotus leaves. Following a starter of boneless fish head soup, diners will be treated to four seafood dishes: 3-head South African abalone in abalone sauce, K’s signature mud crab with Chinese olive leaf & garlic, whole bamboo fish with yellow Chinese wine sauce, and mapo tofu with sea cucumber. Four mesmerizing main courses then include crispy pigeon, chu hou braised wagyu beef short ribs with daikon, steamed Iberico pork patties with salted egg, and stir-fried seasonal vegetables with ginger sauce & sakura shrimp. This epicurean adventure ends with a tropical dessert of mango pomelo sago with coconut ice cream.
