Two mouth-watering meat dishes – barbecued Iberico pork “char siu” and Wenchang chicken with scallion soy sauce – will showcase prime ingredients, accompanied with Hokkaido scallop egg white fried rice. The menu then ends with a divine dessert of black sesame dumplings.
Alternatively, the Sharing Set Menu ‘Golden Harvest’ for Six Guests (THB 2,888++ per person) features two enticing appetizers – Chiu Chow style raw ama ebi and stuffed crab shell – and coconut chicken soup, followed by a pair of indulgent seafood plates: whole 12-head fish maw in abalone sauce and whole bamboo fish with premium yellow Chinese wine sauce.
