Diners will be greeted with a special welcome drink – a tea mocktail – before being treated to an amazing array of bite-sized delights from the four corners of the globe.
Guests can savor the highlights from our three of the hotel’s popular dining destinations, such as handcrafted Japanese sushi from Goji Kitchen + Bar, delectable Chinese dim sum from Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, tempting Thai-style tapas from Siam Tea Room, a live station specializing in succulent duck waffles, cold meats served on a wooden board, and a series of Western high tea favorites such as finger sandwiches, smoked salmon bagels, scones with clotted cream & jam, petit fours and so much more.
In addition, The Chef’s Pass will see our culinary experts prepare a selection of freshly-made delicacies such as sublime soufflés and baked Alaska, which will be presented at the table.
