Presented in the refined yet relaxed surroundings of The Lobby Lounge, this is a wonderful way to unwind and spend quality time with your precious partner, best friend or cherished family member. Our talented pastry chef has crafted a sumptuous selection of bite-sized delights, all elegantly presented in a birdcage stand.
Lovers of savory treats can tuck into a special Easter ham sandwich, cage-free egg, avocado & almond roll, smoked salmon with cucumber & tarragon cream, and charred scallop with asparagus & avocado. Guests with a sweet tooth can enjoy passionfruit meringue tart, pistachio cake, strawberry vanilla tart, carrot cake, vanilla panna cotta with mango jelly, Easter chocolates, white chocolate & red berry mousse “egg”, and homemade hot cross buns with clotted cream & strawberry jam.
These sweet and savory treats will be accompanied by a choice of freshly-brewed coffee or premium teas.
