GASTON, the French bistro, has announced the extension of its operating hours to 02.00 hours, giving guests even more time to enjoy the exceptional cuisine and vibrant ambience that have made it a well-loved dining destination.
At GASTON, guests can immerse themselves in the rich essence of classic French cuisine, with each dish offering a unique combination of flavours in a warm and welcoming setting. The carefully curated menu features hearty and unpretentious dishes crafted from premium imported and locally sourced produce, offering a delightful dining experience rooted in French culinary tradition.
GASTON has become known for more than just its food. It is also a social hub of revelry and live music, featuring an impressive roster of talented live bands as well as trendy DJs spinning upbeat tunes. Meanwhile, the bar boasts an extensive selection of drinks, including signature martinis, classic cocktails, fruity mocktails and an impressive array of beers and wines from renowned winemakers across France.

- Dinner:
- Sunday to Tuesday, from 18.00 to 23.00 hrs.
- Wednesday to Saturday, from 18.00 to 02.00 hrs.
