This exceptional late-night menu, crafted by Chef Luca Russo, will be available from November 1 and served daily from 22.00 to 23.30 hrs (last order).
With its recent elegant redesign, Red Sky has unveiled a refined Mediterranean menu, and the addition of the Late Hour Menu extends this premium experience into the night, offering a selection of specially curated dishes for late-night diners. The regular à la carte menu is available from 17.00 hrs to 22.30 hrs (last order), with the Late Hour Menu taking over as the rooftop atmosphere turns electric.
The Late Hour Menu at Red Sky offers a gourmet selection of dishes, starting with a Midnight Caesar Salad, combining baby cos lettuce, home-cured bacon, garlic croutons, and tiger prawns (THB 455++). For a more indulgent option, savour the Wagyu Beef Tartare, featuring grilled marrow, summer truffles, and Dijon mustard (THB 750++), or enjoy the delicately seasoned Crab Cakes with blue crab, tarragon, and mustard sauce (THB 590++).
For seafood lovers, selections include 6 Oysters, with a choice of Special de Claire No. 2 or Sentinelle No. 3, served with mignonette, Asian dressing, and Thai seafood sauce (THB 1,100++), or a taste of luxury in 15 gms servings of Imperial Oscietra, Royal Oscietra, Russian Sturgeon, or Beluga caviar with classic condiments. The decadent Truffle Rossini Burger combines perigourdine sauce, foie gras, black truffle, and a buttery brioche with handcrafted fries (THB 950++).
Other highlights include the Snow Fish with bouillabaisse, ratatouille, and aromatic breadcrumbs (THB 1,750++), King Salmon with lemon gel, asparagus, and lemon sauce (THB 1,350++), and the classic Steak et Frites, a wagyu rib eye paired with handcrafted fries and béarnaise sauce (THB 1,750++).
