For guests seeking a casual yet indulgent experience, the “Light Bites Experience Pairing with Martell” offers two tempting appetizers – Marinated Eggplant and Tomato Salad and Smoked and Pickled Duck Tongue – accompanied with Cross Path, a sweet and sour cocktail blending Martell beverage with Chinese pear syrup and lemon juice, garnished with caramelized Chinese pear on top. This is followed by two mouth-watering main courses that highlight imported Spanish Iberico pork – Iberico Pork Char Siu Barbecued, and Black Sugar Vinegar Iberico Pork with Mandarin Peel – paired with Bitter Gentleman, a spirit-forward cocktail blending Martell beverage with orange bitters and jasmine tea. This multi-sensory journey then concludes with a tropical dessert of Mango Mochi.

Having started with a trio of enticing appetizers – Chiu Chow Style Raw Ama Ebi, Marinated Eggplant and Tomato Salad, and Smoked and Pickled Duck Tongue – and a handcrafted Cross Path cocktail, diners can then savor two sublime main courses: Sichuan River Prawn, and Spicy Sea Snails, complemented with a glass of Martell VSOP, a refined premium drink with luscious fruit notes and hints of oak and soft spices; and Steamed Glacier 51 Toothfish with Soy Sauce, accompanied with Martell Noblige, an elegant and sophisticated premium drink with rich fruit notes, vanilla, and a distinctive woody character.
