With choices of sweet and savory box sets, crunchy chocolate bar selections, and different pastries from the cake shop, you can now savor the same delectable delights from the Park Cafe right at home. All savory items, pastries and cakes are freshly baked onsite by executive pastry chef Kevin Lee with only meticulously selected rich and fresh ingredients. The shop is open daily from 9 AM – 6 PM.
Another outlet is the Penthouse Bar+Grill, a classic New York-style restaurant atop Park Hyatt Bangkok. Using all organic and sustainable ingredients, and meats, seafood and vegetables that are sourced both locally and internationally, signature dishes by Penthouse Grill’s chef de cuisine, Dominic Hong Dongxie, such as Slone Pork Chop, Grilled Tasmanian Salmon, and New York Cheesecake are ready for delivery orders and takeaways today.
