The group from Singapore extends their roastery arm with a new space on Soi Tonson, sharing the full roastery experience with Bangkok.
Sarnies Roastery is the latest concept by the Sarnies group, and an extension of the group’s growing coffee programme over the years. You will get to witness the full coffee roasting experience front and centre, along with the same quality cuppa and as always, a food-forward cafe experience. Eat, sip and relish in Sarnies roastery’s pine wood interior, which pays homage to the pine trees dotted along the canal, fitting for the Soi’s name – Ton Son.
The full roastery experience comes with a wide selection of single origins and blends with beans sourced locally from Thailand in the group’s support of local producers and makers. With every Sarnies concept taking pride in making as much as they can in-house, expect a beautiful glass case filled with fresh pastries. Quality is key – the bakery uses only sustainable flour from Australia. From classic Croissants (from 80THB), slow-fermented Sourdough loaves (from 235THB) to decadent danishes incorporating Thai flavours – these are best fresh in-house, but also available to go.
