Loved ones can toss to prosperity with Yu Shen Salmon (THB 680++), a classic New Year plate of noodles with salmon in a vibrant mix of turnip, carrot, cucumber, leek, cabbage, and sesame sauce, that diners can toss into the air with their chopsticks. The higher you toss, the more fortune will come your way!
Other sublime and symbolic creations include Double-Boiled Fish Maw (THB 680++), served with morel mushrooms, goji berries, and bok choy, Braised Abalone (THB 1,880++) with Hong Kong kale, napa cabbage, and shiitake mushrooms, Steamed Patagonia Toothfish (THB 1,490++) in Hunan fermented chili sauce with garlic, shallots and red chili, and Genghis Khan Crispy Short Rib(THB 1,990++), a sensational and wonderfully succulent dish of crispy short ribs with pink peppercorns and Genghis Khan sauce.
