The “Tapas by the River” selection includes tender octopus enhanced with Thai chimichurri, paprika, corn ribs and baby potatoes, sweet and succulent prawns with avocado, guacamole, and mango & bell pepper salsa, and crab cakes with a spicy turmeric curry cream dressing. Guests can also savor super-fresh sea bass tartare with avocado, green apple, kaffir lime and pomelo, sublime scallops with soybean purée, crispy chorizo and finger lime dressing, conch fritters with an exotic calypso sauce, and marinated anchovies with grated tomato, olives and crispy bread.
