Phuket, Thailand – March 2025 — Takieng, the award-winning Thai restaurant at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, recognized among Phuket’s Top 25 Restaurants in Phuket, proudly presents an exclusive one-night-only dining experience with Chef R, Teerapat Teeyasoontranon — Iron Chef Thailand Winner, founder of Rare Cuisine, and mentor for the Thailand Culinary Academy, on April 11, 2025.

For this exclusive evening, Chef R will take over the Takieng kitchen to curate an extraordinary five-course menu, artfully showcasing the fusion of Central Thailand’s royal-inspired recipes with the vibrant essence of Southern Thai cuisine rarely found elsewhere. True to his philosophy of pushing culinary boundaries while honoring authenticity, each dish highlights carefully selected regional ingredients—from freshly sourced seafood and aromatic herbs to vibrant spices—elevated by Chef R’s innovative techniques and artistic presentation.

In line with Takieng’s commitment to sustainability, the menu will feature locally sourced ingredients, emphasizing the importance of supporting local farmers and reducing the carbon footprint. This exclusive dining experience not only promises a culinary journey but also showcases the restaurant’s dedication to sustainable practices.
