Come and celebrate a very popular freshwater fish specially flown in live from Australia. They are presented in four steaming styles.
Chef Lam Kok Weng, the Executive Chinese Chef from Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant has chosen this very popular freshwater fish which is native to the central region of Australia. In a comparative analysis of 200 species of fish, the Jade Perch has the highest content of Omega-3 oil. The flaky white flesh is easy to eat especially when steamed.
The four styles to enjoy this fish are:
- Steamed with Chopped Garlic in Soya Sauce
- Steamed with Savoury Crispy Beans in Soya Sauce
- Steamed with Pickled Turnips in Soya Sauce
- Steamed with Black Bean Sauce
Each dish is priced at THB 980++ for 650 grams of fish.
